My favorite benefit is employer matching for retirement. Not only do they match my contribution, but it is a mandatory program. This is important to me because they care about my future.

I enjoy the generous PTO UT Southwestern offers because it supports my work life balance, allowing me to have time away from work to be with my family. I also love that UTSW pays fulltime employee’s Health Insurance. I am type 1 diabetic, so this is a huge benefit for me.
